REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns. Please be sure of the article that you buy. For further queries & assistance, feel free to reach out to us at contact@yugsta.com.

Any product is eligible for exchange/refund only if :

  1. The packaging is damaged while opening and that you have made a video of the same product.
  2. Product is defective, and the same is clear from the video that you make while opening.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. We provide exchange only one time, so make sure you are sure of the size. For assistance, we are here to help you.
  2. Exchange charges are ₹100. As we do not have our own delivery service, we rely on third-party delivery partners. The delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from your location and additional delivery charges for delivering the new product back to your location. As there are two-way charges, we request our customers to pay only for one-way charges.
